Solve the problem
Are you frustrated by a situation or a limitation that you can't seem to control or put right? If you are in distress, if you have a particular difficulty, if you are disheartened about any aspect of your life, something needs to change. When you want a moment of relief, a new idea, a different perspective, a better way of doing things, a fresh start, start by getting help in changing the situation. You will feel better at once for doing something about it.
I am a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist and a workshop facilitator. The therapy part is for helping with your specific personal circumstances. The workshops are for people to explore new ideas and put into practice a whole set of essential problem-solving skills. I have worked with groups and individuals for over 30 years, helping people from a wide range of backgrounds to resolve many different kinds of problems, and to find in themselves the power to be more effective, confident and resourceful.
I can help you to solve a problem or relieve stress when nothing else seems to work. With an effective set of proven techniques, an attentive ear and a flexible approach, I can put you back in touch with your intuition and core values, home in on the practical realities and help you to find solutions that are right for you.
You can expect to leave your session feeling relaxed and confident, and may be surprised how soon we can bring about improvements in your life.
